This is what happens when a very resilient person is being shown the right direction to self-love and strength!

🎁On the left - Teddy - a New Year Resolutioner, who is fully committed to gifting herself a new body in the next year.

💪On the right - same Teddy, a little less than 6 months since we started working together, already feeling and looking fantastic and just in time for her vacation on a cruise ship!

During our first consultation, we discussed her previous experience with losing weight, where she was extremely stressed out and traumatized.

She has lost 22 kg in 7 months by starving herself, eating the same tasteless food twice per day, and doing 1 hour of cardio every day. And she was still miserable in her own skin even though she has done so much about it already.

We made a plan that she was happy to follow -
👉We started working on building muscle;
👉We ditched cardio completely;
👉We made sure that she is implementing her favorite foods in her diet;
👉We made sure that she is eating satiating and protein-rich foods;
👉Her training program was prioritizing compound movements;

👉I kept changing her program periodically to keep it fun and exciting.

By doing this,
👉She lost another 12 kg in a much healthier and enjoyable way;
👉She started loving the gym and has said a couple of times that her workouts are her favorite part of her day;
👉Her whole attitude toward fitness and nutrition changed completely;
👉She gained so much insight about herself and about nutrition and I am confidant that she can manage her body weight by herself from this point onwards;
👉She became so much stronger and so much more confident that she was barely recognizable by friends and family;
👉And most importantly, she was a huge inspiration for all of us. She influenced a lot of her friends to take a step towards being stronger and healthier.

Seeing her gaining strength every day and celebrating every win together was a huge pleasure for me. Even more so, seeing how her general health, confidence, and attitude towards life changed from day to day was an incomparable feeling!

All she was doing is 3 resistance workouts per week and maintaining a caloric deficit. That's it. No secrets, no surprises.
