What she meant by 'challenge' was that she had just given birth three months ago via C-section. Therefore, She was recovering from a big abdominal surgery; She was a mother of a newborn, meaning that she was getting almost no sleep; So, while she was working with me, she was on a low caloric deficit and on a strength training routine WHILE still being a breastfeeding mom! Furthermore, we cleared out some common misconceptions that surround mother communities. For example, you cannot lose the baby weight while you are still breastfeeding or that if you are 'dieting' while you are breastfeeding you will stop producing milk and many more!</image:title>

      <image:title>Ivo transformation - Ivo has been my friend for many years. We met at a fitness event. Sports have been a big part of our friendship. Throughout the last few months, I had to refuse a couple of times his requests to hire me as his trainer. I wanted to keep our relationship pure and full of memes as it has always been.  Eventually, I agreed to be his online trainer. Good thing that I did. Ivo has been an amazing and very dedicated trainee (and we also managed to keep our friendship and meme flow intact! :D) His case is very special. Let me tell you why: Ivo has been a gym rat for the past 10 years on and off. Three years ago he had 12% body fat (for those unfamiliar with these numbers- this is an extremely low percentage and close to a bodybuilding competition form). How did he achieve that back then? By working out 3 times PER DAY like a madman. He often ran twice per day, going to CrossFit training, squash, fitness, consuming very low amounts of carbohydrates, and overall his whole life was revolving around keeping his body fat low. Needless to say, he was a little obsessed with it. This was three years ago. On the left - Teddy - a New Year Resolutioner, who is fully committed to gifting herself a new body in the next year. On the right - same Teddy, a little less than 6 months since we started working together, already feeling and looking fantastic and just in time for her vacation on a cruise ship! During our first consultation, we discussed her previous experience with losing weight, where she was extremely stressed out and traumatized. She has lost 22 kg in 7 months by starving herself, eating the same tasteless food twice per day, and doing 1 hour of cardio every day. And she was still miserable in her own skin even though she has done so much about it already. She started working with me from the beginning of the summer (2019) - when most people take a break from training and dieting; She had almost no experience with fitness training, but she had all the will in the world, and she quickly became one of the 'gym regulars'.
